Help clients clear clutter and unwanted items (furniture, clothes, papers, etc.) to prepare their house for sale and so the client can to move in to a new home with less. Declutter your current home so you move only what you want to keep! Also post-move, assist clients with arranging their new home, so their space is functional, efficient, and creates a CLEAR, calm environment.
Downsizing
Organize clients who are looking to downsize in to an different living environment or smaller condo/home. Many clients' children are grown or live out-of-state. They simply do not have the time to take on such a big project. It can also be an emotional process when families are involved and having an independent person can be beneficial.
Upgrading
Assist with an existing space. Sometimes your home is in “good shape” and there are are certain rooms or areas that need a “refresh.” Maybe your garage is starting to get overrun with toys, bikes, and yard equipment? Or the kids' bathroom or playroom needs to be organized more efficiently?
